Doña Ana County Democrats Open Campaign Headquarters–Vow “No going back” to the failed economic policies of Governor Martinez and Bush-Cheney

Headquarters Will Also House the Southern New Mexico Campaigns of U.S. Senator Tom Udall, Gary King for Governor, and other statewide Democratic Campaigns

The Democratic Party of Doña Ana County opened its’ campaign headquarters on Saturday. Joanne Ferrary, the Democratic candidate for New Mexico House District 37 cut the ribbon, and Christy French, County Chair of the Democratic Party of Doña Ana County, declared the office open.

“We’ve always said that the GOP wants to take us back to the failed economic policies of the past. Governor Martinez is taking that pretty literally campaigning with Vice President Cheney” Christy French said, referring to a fundraiser that was held in Las Cruces Saturday by Governor Martinez which featured former Vice President Dick Cheney. “Working together, Democrats will bring growth and prosperity back to New Mexico and to our region” Christy French said.

The headquarters, located at 139 N. Downtown Mall in Las Cruces will house the southern New Mexico regional campaigns of U.S. Senator Tom Udall and Gary King for Governor, other statewide Democratic candidates, as well as the local campaigns of Democrats in Doña Ana County.

Regular office hours will begin this week, through the November 3, 2014 General Election.
