Last night over 500 New Mexico Democrats gathered for the 24th Annual Legislative Dinner in Santa Fe. With every seat in the house sold, the standing room only event was hosted by DPNM Chairman Sam Bregman.
The 37 NM House and 25 NM Senate Democrats were honored for their outstanding work and service on behalf of New Mexico’s 2 million plus residents. In addition, 4 former state Democratic leaders were honored for their service to the party—Ambassador Ed Romero, Speaker Raymond Sanchez, Attorney General Patricia Madrid and Lt. Governor Diane Denish.
“New Mexico Democrats are fired up and ready for the 2014 elections. Our candidates are ready to offer ideas and solutions for a better future to New Mexico voters. We’re going to make change, starting now,” stated DPNM Chairman Sam Bregman.
