Energized DPNM CD-3 Meeting Held Saturday in Santa Fe

Senator Udall and Congressman Luján Energized Democratic Party Activists

Despite record breaking, sub-freezing temperatures, a crowd of almost 60 listened to U.S. Senator Tom Udall, Congressman Ben Ray Luján and State Rep. Brian Egolf discuss the 2014 elections and issues that matter to New Mexico families.  In addition, three of the five Democratic candidates for Governor attended and gave party activists an opportunity to see what energy and bold ideas a Democrat would bring as Governor of New Mexico.  Also in attendance were representatives of local and statewide candidates.

“DPNM is holding regional meetings throughout New Mexico to discuss key issues Democrats will put forth to New Mexico voters next year.  Creating jobs and providing a world class education for our kids are two issues Jay McCleskey and Governor Martinez have ignored for 3 long years.  Its’ outrageous and unacceptable.  Democrats know we can solve problems without ‘in the gutter politics’. We’re ready to get to work.  Right now,” stated DPNM Chairman Sam Bregman.
