Saturday, August 17, 2013

1829 South Canal, Carlsbad, New Mexico

Join NM leaders and Rock the Vote in an invigorating afternoon about all things voting in NM. The day starts with a tasty luncheon and keynote presentation by Rock the Vote with exciting information about national trends and their efforts toward engaging and building political power for young people in our country. After the luncheon, listen and discuss with a panel of NM leaders challenges encountered in recent election cycles and lessons learned from those challenges. Then follow that panel with a second one discussing current and new legislation and efforts being made across NM to register and maximize voting accessibility.
